We try to combine the love for good food with the love for great atmosphere. Our kitchen works with fresh and organic spices. They form the base of our simple and nice Italian kitchen. We don’t use ‘Vetsin’ or other taste enhancers. The best and purest that’s what we try to find ,nice olive oils and great imported cheeses like Mozzarella, Parmesan, Gorgonzola, Danish blue, Ricotta, Goat cheese, Pecorino, olives and more .We work with local farmers in the Central Java area to grow our organic spices and salads. You will taste the difference!
